nuns: marathon fans?
Nuns watch marathon runners on 1st Avenue and 117th Street in Manhattan. Craig Calefate/The Observer
As I was shooting the marathon for The Observer, I noticed these nuns across the street. They had their chairs set up and were cheering on the runners; one even had a camcorder and was filming it!
Maybe next year they’ll run.
